How to Cancel or Modify:

In order to cancel without penalty, you must click modify/cancel link on the bottom right corner of the website.  You will need your confirmation # of the reservation to cancel the reservation.  In order to process you will need to cancel your reservation 2 days before the arrival date.

Example:  

Arrival Date:  December 31, 2016.

Cancel by:  December 29, 2016.

Deposit ($100) Refundable:

All hotel & condo guests are required to put a security deposit in the room when checking in.  The amount required for the security deposit is $100 USD in either a credit card, debit card, or cash. The reason for the security deposit is to cover all charges i.e. cafe, beverage, room service, phone calls and in case of incidentals such as smoking penalty, room damage, lost/stolen goods. 

At check out, if there is no lost or damaged goods, no smoking evidence, and no room charges from the restaurant, cafe, or phone charges, the $100 pending authorization will be cancelled and voided on check out day.  Usually takes 3-5 business days to clear.
